Our configurator enables the simple static design of lifting devices for the respective mold according to individual size and weight specifications while adhering to safety aspects regarding stability and load capacity. Optional with certificate.
The configuration is completed in just a few steps, after which you can order directly online. The lifting device is labeled with your tool number and maximum load capacity. It comes with a red powder coating as standard.
STANDARDIZED MANUFACTURING
A lifting device (load bridge) connects the halves of a mold, preventing unintended opening of the mold and securing it during setup and removal.

You can optionally receive a safety certificate for the lifting device. This is a declaration of conformity to 2006/42/CE, 2006/42/EC, 2006/42/EG, and EN 10204 Chapter 3.1. Tested according to the VDWF guideline for the static design of lifting devices in tool and mold making.
