Processing of standard ejector pins
In addition to standard ejector pins, we also offer custom processing, such as grinding the heads as a rotation lock or shortening the ejector pins to the desired finished size.
Cutting to length
Round ejectors, with either a continuous or stepped shank, are cut to the required finished dimensions according to individual customer specifications, ready for installation, with a length tolerance of 0/+0.02 mm. This is possible for standard ejectors with lengths ranging from 60 mm to 600 mm and diameters between 2 mm and 25 mm.
Rotation lock
Grinding the ejector heads serves on the one hand as a rotation lock for ejectors that need to be installed in a specific position in the mold, such as contour ejectors. On the other hand, this also helps in mold design to place multiple ejectors space-savingly in tight installation conditions, thus enabling ideal component demolding.
Laser marking
On request, markings are applied using a laser machine, for example for component identification.

With our ejector configurator, round and flat ejector pins as well as core pins can be determined in a few steps according to the respective wishes and requirements through selection options and individual dimension inputs, requested as an offer or ordered directly via our webshop.

Ejector sleeve with starting hole
As an exclusive in-house development, we offer an ejector sleeve with a smaller inner diameter. These standardized ejector sleeves with a starting hole are hardened and conform to the specification of ejector sleeves according to DIN ISO 8405. The difference is the inner diameter, which is consistently smaller over the entire length compared to the standard and thus serves as a starting hole for wire EDM.
