We provide you with a color and thread table based on VDA and Cimatron free of charge
Extensive processing such as milling (up to ±0.01), surface grinding (up to ±0.001), wire EDM (up to ±0.001), deep hole drilling up to 800mm, thread manufacturing as well as EDM processes and 3D contours, tolerances vary by component
We manufacture according to your tolerance specifications (up to ±0.005 for mold bases, pocket tolerance up to ±0.01 mm) and offer various heat treatments, tolerances vary by component

Up to 2000x2000mm (larger on request), base plates made of aluminum also up to 1000x1000mm
Markings by laser engraving available on request
WAZ 3.1 certificate, material certificates, measurement and test protocols can be provided if requested when ordering
