DRY ICE BLASTING UNIT
Spontaneous cleaning work in the production process using dry ice blasting has only been possible to a limited extent up to now, as the necessary provision of dry ice in advance is too costly for use at short notice.
With the IB 10/8 L2P, the world's first dry ice blasting unit with integrated dry ice production from CO₂, dry ice pellets are immediately obtained from liquid CO₂ as required.

QUICK AND THOROUGH CLEANING
The unit is mobile and allows cleaning of mold surfaces without disassembly or dismantling. Due to the integrated dry ice production, fresh dry ice is always used for optimal cleaning results.
Even with complex contours or heavy contamination, thorough cleaning takes place. The surfaces are protected and no chemicals are used. The unit is also suitable for use with polished cavities.
SIMPLE AND SAFE OPERATION
The gun is equipped with a self-locking trigger, an integrated light and a switch for conveniently changing between "air only" and "ice and air". The nozzle can be easily changed by means of a quick-release fastener.
The blasting pressure, operating hours, blasting minutes and service time can be read at any time on a display on the unit. The amount of dry ice can be adjusted individually. The unit also has integrated assistance systems, such as pressure monitoring. The CO₂ is specifically discharged via an exhaust hose.
With this dry ice blasting unit, we are obliged to instruct you personally on the unit. Instruction by trained personnel serves to ensure compliance with safety regulations and optimum use of the device.
