Terms and Conditions – Showroom Promotion B2B
1. Organizer
The organizer of the promotion is Nonnenmann GmbH, Wilhelmstrasse 34, 73650 Winterbach, HRB281025
2. Eligibility
The promotion is exclusively aimed at business customers (B2B) located in the DACH region. Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are excluded.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion applies to showroom visits between 01/09/2025 and 30/11/2025.
Orders will be accepted until 31/12/2025.
4. Promotional Benefit
Participating customers who visit the showroom during the promotion period and subsequently place an order will receive a 10% discount on the net order value of the products listed in section 5.

6. Conditions for Granting the Discount
- The discount will only be granted if the customer can provide proof of a showroom visit during the promotion period.
- Not combinable with other promotions, special conditions, or individual price agreements.
- The discount applies exclusively to the listed promotional products.
- The discount is applied to the net merchandise value (excluding VAT and shipping costs).
7. Exclusion
The organizer reserves the right to exclude customers from participation who attempt to manipulate the promotion or violate these terms and conditions.
8. Changes and Termination
The organizer is entitled to terminate or amend the promotion prematurely for important reasons.
9. Data Protection
In the context of the promotion, personal data (e.g., name, contact details, company affiliation) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and managing the showroom promotion.
Data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for contract fulfillment or a legal obligation exists.

10. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
11. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
12. Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation are wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, the valid and enforceable regulation shall apply that comes closest to the intent and purpose. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap.
